Parent FAQ
What divisions and ages can play?+
IN SZN is for ages 6 and up. Youth teams are grouped into divisions by age (9U, 10U, 12U, 13U, where 'U' means 'and under'), and we also field girls high school and women's teams. Placement is based on age and level. Reach out if you're unsure where you fit.
How do the seasons work?+
We run four seasons a year (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall). Each season is a run of weekly games capped by a Pro Bowl and Playoffs.
Is it contact or flag football?+
IN SZN is 5v5 non-contact flag football, built to develop skills and football IQ in a fast-paced game.
How do I register and pay?+
Registration and secure payment are handled online. Hit Register, pick League, Academy or Training, and follow the guided sign-up.
